ACIG board appoints new audit committee member

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) board of directors approved, today, Oct. 21, the appointment of Saad Al-Huwaimel as a member of the audit committee, effective immediately until the end of the current board term on May 17, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

The board decision will be put up for approval during the next general assembly meeting.

Al-Huwaimel serves as a member of the training body at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Riyadh. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of internal auditing, accounting and governance. He serves currently as a board member of the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors.
