Saudi Ground Services to open nominations for board membership tomorrow

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 6, 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 31.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from tomorrow, Nov. 1, to Dec. 31, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements.

 

The nomination for members shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), as well as the membership policy approved by the general assembly.
