Mulkia Gulf REIT updates terms and conditions

Mulkia Investment Co. updated the terms and conditions of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, the fund manager said in a bourse statement today, Nov. 4.

 

The updated terms and conditions will be effective from Nov. 11.

 

The updated terms are related to the type of the fund and its identity as a closed-ended traded Sharia-compliant real estate investment fund that takes the form of a special purpose entity, as well as adding the articles of association of the special purpose entity to the fund terms and conditions.
