Mrsool, an on-demand delivery service provider, plans to list its shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) over the next two years, Asharq News TV channel reported, citing CEO Ayman Alsanad.
He added that the company launched its business in 2016, and is operating in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain. In addition, the firm has more than 12 million customers and over one million drivers registered on the platform.
Elsewhere, the top executive said Mrsool is eying horizontal expansion in its services, and extending its presence in the GCC region, noting that the firm also aims to double its investments in the Egyptian market in the coming period.
The delivery application, Mrsool, made one financing round in 2018, and is targeting a new round, whose details will be announced soon, Alsanad concluded.
