Saudi Cabinet authorizes HRSD ministry to manage contractual relationship

The Saudi Cabinet, in a meeting headed by King Salman bin Abdulaziz, authorized today, Nov. 9, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) to manage the contractual relationship between facilities and local and expat workers, SPA reported.

 

The decision will apply to the management of the contractual relationship between facilities and workers, starting from registration and documentation of contracts to termination, including continuously updating career, payroll, qualification, salaries data, in line with approved standard classifications.

 

Furthermore, the decision includes the Ministry of Interior's implementation of entry visa issuance, with the purpose of work for holders of work visa who have certified work contracts.
