Chemanol shareholders elect new board, audit committee

Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Nov. 12, 2021, and ending Nov. 11, 2024, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 9, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected board members include Hani Sulaiman Alsaleh, Melfi Manahi Almarzoqi, Abdullah Abdulaziz al Znaedi, Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Turki, Waleed Abdulaziz Alshowir, Yousif Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Rajhi, Ali Mohamed Al-Asiri, Abdullah Abdul Rahman Bu Ali, and Saud Abdullah Al-Sanea.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee and determine its functions, work controls and remuneration for the same three-year term.

 

Members of the new audit committee include Saad Ibrahim Al-Mushawah (Chairman), Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Al-Sheikh, and Khalid Abdul Aziz Al-Hoshan.
