Saudi imports from GCC region hit SAR 6.1 bln in August

Saudi Arabia’s imports from the GCC countries reached SAR 6.109 billion, a rise of 52% year-on-year (YoY) in August, according to a recent report of GASTAT.

 

UAE accounted for 67%, or SAR 4.7 billion of total Saudi imports, rising 47% YoY.

 

When compared to July, the Kingdom’s imports from GCC increased by 29%, or SAR 1.38 billion.
