Thob Al Aseel to deposit proceeds from fractional shares sale on Nov. 18

Thob Al Aseel Co. will complete, on Nov. 18, depositing around SAR 92,812 in proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse statement.

 

The company sold 1,557 shares at an average price of SAR 59.60 each.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved in October a 33.33% capital increase to SAR 400 million from SAR 300 million through bonus shares.
