GAMI governor says military industry localization rises to over 8% in 2020

The localization of military industries in the Kingdom rose to more than 8% by the end of 2020, compared to about 4% when the authority was established, Al Ekhbariya TV reported, citing Ahmed Al-Ohali, Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI).

 

He added that the investment environment in the Kingdom witnessed development over the past years, driven by the incentives of registration procedures and taxes.

 

GAMI offered several incentives to local and foreign investors, including material, logistic and export support.
