Ataa Educational reappoints of Tarek Alkasabi as Chairman, appoints Ahmed Al-Muteb as Vice Chairman

Ataa Educational Company announced today, Nov. 18, that the board of directors decided to reappoint Tarek AlKasabi as Chairman and Ahmed Al-Muteb as Vice Chairman.

 

The company added, in a statement to Tadawul, that the board also approved the formation of the executive and investment committee, as follows: Thunayan bin Sulaiman Al-Thunayan (Chairman), Farah Bint Ahmed Al-Muteb (Member), and Othman bin Tarek AlKasabi (Member).

 

In addition, the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee was endorsed. The committee comprises the Abdulrahman Al-Barrak (Chairman), Ahmed Al-Muteb (Member), Abdulaziz bin Saeed Al-Amri (Member), and Tarek AlKasabi (Member).

 

The statement pointed out that the audit committee was duly formed and announced by the company's general assembly.
