7 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

 

1) National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) board of directors recommended an 8% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2020/21 ended Aug. 31, 2021, at SAR 0.8 per share.

 

2) Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s rights subscription period ended on Nov. 18.

 

3) Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) said that ANORA Trading Co.'s shareholders approved voluntary liquidation and the appointment of a liquidator. 

 

4) NCLE reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 24.5 million for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2021, a 58% decline year-on-year.

 

5) Nayifat Finance Co. (NFC) will begin trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) as of Nov. 22, with the symbol 4081 and ISIN Code: SA15DGH1VOH4. 

 

6) Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors accepted the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Omar Mohammed Al-Ajlani, effective as of Nov. 30

 

7) Brent crude on Friday declined $2.35 to reach $78.89 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased $2.47 to reach $75.94/bbl.
