Arabian Centres’ 23rd mall The View opens in Riyadh

Arabian Centres Co. (ACC) announced the opening of “The View” mall, located on Makkah Al-Mukarramah Road in Riyadh, Nov. 21, according to a bourse filing.

Spread across a gross leasable area (GLA) of 52,200 square meters (sqm), The View is the 23rd mall in ACC's portfolio.

The mall encompasses 170 shops, including international and local brands in fashion, cosmetics, F&B, cineplex, and entertainment.

The occupancy rate at The View currently exceeds 70%, the statement noted.

ACC developed the mall on an owned land plot, with an area of 107,100 sqm, which was bought for SAR 290 million.

The financial impact will appear on ACC’s financial statements starting from Q3 2021-22 ending Dec. 21, 2021.
