Chemanol board names audit committee member

Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) board of directors appointed Yousif Al-Rajhi - an independent board member- as a member of the audit committee until end of current term on Nov. 11, 2024, according to a bourse filing.

Al-Rajhi joined Chemanol’s board of directors on Nov. 23, 2021. He holds an MBA degree from West Michigan University, USA, and has more than 30 years of experience in managing companies.

The board decision is subject to the general meeting approval.
