UCA names Khalid Alqazlan as board member

United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) board of directors approved, on Oct. 14, appointing Khalid Alqazlan as an independent director.  

 

He will replace the resigning member, Khaled Bakr Alem, the company said in a bourse filing.  

 

The appointment is effective from Nov. 17, 2021, until the end of the current board term on Jan. 13, 2023.  

 

The board decision will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly for approval.
