Russia’s Novak says no need for emergency measures on oil market: Report

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said there is no need for urgent measures in the oil market, Reuters reported.

 

Novak told Russian news agency TASS that OPEC+ partners did not ask for renegotiation on oil output in response to the spread of COVID-19 variant Omicron.

 

Oil prices rebounded today, Nov. 29 amid forecasts that OPEC+ would pause output increase in response to the spread of Omicron.
