Tanmiah shareholders to vote on appointing board member on Dec. 21

Tanmiah Food Co.'s shareholders will vote on amending articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Dec. 21, according to a bourse filing.

 

The articles are related to transformation, company's name, shareholders' register, company management, etc.

 

Furthermore, shareholders will vote on appointing Ahmed Sharaf Osilan as an executive board member, effective Nov. 25, in place of board member Mohammed Sajid Saeed.
