Al Mashaar REIT Fund updates terms and conditions

Muscat Capital Co. announced updating the terms and conditions of Al Mashaar REIT Fund as of Dec. 2, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Under these updates, Al Mashaar REIT’s name was changed to SICO Saudi REIT Fund. Moreover, the fund manager's name was changed to SICO Capital.

 

Accordingly, the trading name on Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website will be changed to SICO Saudi REIT Fund.
