Batic Investments and Logistics Co.’s shareholders approved raising the company's capital through SAR 300 million rights issue, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 6.

BATIC’s daily trading fluctuation limit after its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 24.46 as of today, Dec. 7, and the outstanding orders will be canceled, Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into investor portfolios on Dec. 9.
