Alkhorayef Water signs SAR 131.6 mln contract with Jeddah Municipality for drainage maintenance

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed on Oct. 31, a contract with Jeddah Municipality for the maintenance and improvement of rain and torrential water networks as well as surface water reduction networks in the south and east of Jeddah.

 

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that it received the contract today, Dec. 8, after completing the signatures of all parties concerned.

 

The project’s financial impact started from the second half of 2021, it added.

 

In July, AWPT disclosed that it was awarded an operation and maintenance contract valued at SAR 131.6 million with Jeddah Municipality, Argaam reported.
