Banque Saudi Fransi shareholders elect board members for new term

Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) shareholders elected board members for the three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Dec. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected members are Timothy Clark Collins, Talal Ibrahim Al Maiman, Khaled Omran Al Omran, Abdulrahman Rashed Al-Rashed, Bader Abdullah Al Issa, Mazin Abdulrazzak AlRomaih, Ghazi Abdulrahim Al Rawi, Khalid Malik Al Sharif, Rayan Mohammad Fayez and Abdullatif Ahmed Al Othman.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same three-year term, in addition to defining its tasks and remuneration.

 

Further, shareholders ratified amending the standards for a board member’s participation in a business that would compete with the bank or any of its activities.
