SIDC says audit committee member resigns

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) announced the resignation of audit committee member, Ibrahim Al Rashid, on Dec. 9, due to business commitments, according to a bourse filing.

 

Resignation will be effective as of Dec. 15.
