MIS renews, amends SAR 220 mln Islamic facility agreement with ANB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended, on Dec. 9, a SAR 220 million bank Shariah-compliant facility agreement with Arab National Bank (ANB), the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

The financing period is valid until July 31, 2022, and the amount is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The credit is intended to finance new project contracts and issue bank guarantees, the statement added.

 

The related party includes a sub-allocation facility line available for MIS’ 100%-owned company Excellence Medical Co.
