Albilad Gold ETF says board member resigns

Albilad Gold ETF’s board member, Ehab Mahmoud Hassoubah, submitted his resignation, effective as of Dec. 27, 2021, according to Albilad Capital.

 

Accordingly, the board structure will be as follows; Zaid Almufarih, dependent Chairman of the board, Haytham S. Alsuhaimi, dependent board member, Khalid Al-Sharif, independent board member and Omar Ali Bassal, an independent board member.
