SABIC to open board membership nominations on Dec. 19

Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) will open on Dec. 19, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 10, 2022.

 

Candidates can submit nomination applications until Jan. 20, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
