Alkhorayef Water inks SAR 34 mln operation, maintenance deal in Al-Qassim Province

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed, on Dec. 7, a contract with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) for the operation and maintenance of water projects at Uglat Alsugoor and Dariyah governorates, as well as Al-Qassim Province’s villages and centers. 

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the SAR 34 million contract was received on Dec. 20 after being signed by all parties.

 

The company expects the relevant financial impact to begin in the third quarter of 2021.

 

There are no related parties to the contract.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, AWPT announced in September that it bagged a SAR 34 million operation and maintenance contract for Uglat Alsugoor and Dariyah governorates, as well as Al-Qassim Province’s villages and centers, from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
