Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2022, and ending Dec. 31, 2024, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 20, according to a bourse filing.
The new board includes Walid Bin Abdurahman Alhabib, Yaser Bin Sulaiman Aldawood, Saud Bin Mohammed Alnimir, Turki Bin Mosaed and Musad Bin Abdulaziz Aldaood.
Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, defining its duties, regulations and the remunerations of its members for the same term.
The audit committee comprises Alaa Bin Abdullah Al-Fadda, Meshal Bin Mohammed Almuqrin, and Baker Bin Abdulatif Al-haboob as members from outside the board, and Abdulaziz Bin Mosaed Al-Mosaed as an independent member.
