Saudi's NDMC closes December issuance of sukuk program, sets issuance size at SAR 415 mln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced that it completed receiving investor applications for its domestic issuance for December, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

  

In a statement, NDMC stated that it set the issuance size at SAR 415 million.

 

The issuance is divided into two tranches, the first is valued at SAR 200 million, maturing in 2029, while the second SAR 215 million tranche will mature in 2031.
