8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) Saudi Automotive Services Co.’s (SASCO) board of directors declared a 2% cash dividend (SAR 0.20 per share) for the third quarter of 2021, amounting to SAR 12 million.

 

2) Bawan Co.’s board of directors declared a 7.5% cash dividend, at SAR 0.75 per share, for the second half of 2021, amounting to SAR 45 million.

 

3) Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. received the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval to renew the license to practice insurance activity for three years.

 

4) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a project contract with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) to maintain computers for SAR 54.89 million.

 

5) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s board of directors decided to use the fair value model or the revaluation model to measure the real estate and investment properties.

 

6) Saudi Chemical Company Holding and Eli Lilly signed an acquisition agreement, whereby the former will acquire all prescription rights of Cialis (5mg and 20mg) in Saudi Arabia.

 

7) National Gas and Industrialization Co.'s (GASCO) board of directors approved negotiating with Best Gas Carrier Co., a sole proprietorship, on acquiring shares of the latter.

 

8) Brent crude on Wednesday gained 5 cents to reach $78.99 per barrel while WTI crude decreased 3 cents to reach $75.95/bbl.
