CMA approves registration of Saudi Azm for Communication’s shares for Nomu listing

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the registration of Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co.’s shares for direct listing in the Parallel Market, according to a statement.

 

Trading will be confined to the qualified investors.

 

The CMA's approval shall be valid for six months and will be deemed cancelled if the share listing is not completed within this period.
