Saudi Arabia records 846 COVID-19 cases on Saturday

Saudi Arabia recorded 846 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 1, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 557,082, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 262, raising the total number of recovered cases to 542,115 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Critical cases totaled 61.

 

The Kingdom reported one death, with the death toll standing at 8,878.

 

Saudi Arabia concluded nearly 80,680 new tests, while the number of vaccine doses increased to 50.92 million.
