Tawuniya bags 1-year contract from Tahakom Investments to provide health insurance services

The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) was awarded, on Dec. 30, 2021, a contract from Tahakom Investments Co. (TICOM) and its subsidiaries to provide health insurance services for its employees and their families.

 

Under this contract, Tawuniya will provide health insurance services for the company’s employees and their families for one year, starting from Jan. 1, 2022, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract value exceeds 1% of total revenue as per Tawuniya’s latest audited annual financial statements for 2020.

 

The deal is expected to have positive impact on the company’s 2022 revenue.

 

Abdulaziz AlNowaiser, Board Chairman at Tawuniya, has indirect interest being the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TICOM.
