ACWA Power starts e-voting for EGM today

International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) starts today, Jan. 3, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 5, according to a bourse filing.

 

In December 2021, the company invited its shareholders to vote on electing board members for the next three-year term, commencing from the meeting date until Jan. 4, 2025, Argaam reported.
