Saudi Enaya starts e-voting on EGM today

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders start today, Jan. 5, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 9, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the merger between Saudi Enaya and of Amana Cooperative Insurance Co., Argaam reported.
