Wafi awards Al Wajeha project in Dammam to National Housing

Off-plan Sales or Rent Program (Wafi) has authorized the National Housing Co. (NHC) to complete the construction works of Al Wajeha residential project in Dammam, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

 

Wafi cancelled the license issued for Al Hakmiah Co. for the development of the 590-unit residential project. This came in response to the beneficiaries’ complaints of the delayed construction pace.

 

Wafi has so far issued licenses for over 200,000 various residential units, which will help increasing the Kingdom’s home ownership to 70% by 2030, in line with Saudi Vision.
