Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) rights trading period ends today, Jan. 10.

 

Rights trading period started on Jan. 3, to increase the company’s capital from SAR 141 million to SAR 291 million.

 

Subscription period, which also started on Jan. 3, will continue until Jan. 13.

 

Rights issue holders are allowed to exercise their right to subscribe to new shares (in full or in part) up to the number of shares available in their portfolios.
