Tihama shareholders to vote on electing audit committee member on Feb. 9

Shareholders of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. will vote on the board's decision to appoint board member Almutasembilla Zaki Allam, as member of the audit committee, effective as of Oct. 17, 2021, until the end of the current term on Oct. 13, 2024, in place of the previous committee member Sultan Salah Aldin Abdulazim, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Feb. 9.

Shareholders will also vote on amending the remuneration and nomination committee's charter, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

They will also vote on approving the remuneration policy of the company's board of directors, its committees, and the executive management.
