Al Abdullatif shareholders elect new board

Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Co.’s shareholders approved the election of a new board for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 23, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting held on Jan. 12, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected members are Suliman Omar Al-Abdullatif, Abdullatif Omar Al-Abdullatif, Fahad Omar Al-Abdullatif, Mohammed Hamdan Al-Suria'a, Majed Abdullrahman Al-Osailan, Hisham Abdullrahman Al-Asker and Samer Mahmoud Hadad.

 

Shareholders also elected a new audit committee for the same term, as well as set its functions, work controls and remuneration.

 

The members are Majed Abdullrahman Al-Osailan, Saleh Hassan Al Alsheikh, Abdullaziz Mohammed Al-Swaidan, and Mohammed Hamdan Al-Suria'a.
