International Company for Water and Power Projects changes name to ACWA Power

The International Company for Water and Power Projects announced the change of its name to ACWA Power Co., the firm said in a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 13.

 

This comes after obtaining the approval of the company's extraordinary general assembly (EGM) held on Jan. 5, and upon fulfilling all relevant regulatory requirements.
