Jadwa REIT Saudi appoints new board member

Jadwa Investment Co., the fund manager of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund, approved the resignation of Waleed Al Numay, an independent board member, effective today, Jan. 20, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company appointed Nader Hassan Al Amri as an independent board member with immediate effect.

 

The fund's board members are thus as follows: Ghannam Al Ghannam (Chairman), Asad Khan (member), Nouf Al Sharif (member), Waleed Addass (independent) and Nader Al Amri (independent).
