Introduction Further to the announcement made by Advanced Petrochemical Company, published on Tadawul website dated 23/06/1443H corresponding to 26/01/2022 in regards to the board recommendation to increase the capital by way of issuing bonus shares, Advanced Petrochemical Company would like to clarify the value of the reserves used in the capitalization as shown below.
