Baazeem reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Baazeem Trading Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting held today, Jan. 26, reappointed Salem Saleh Baazeem as the Chairman and Fawzia Saleh Baazeem as the Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Council, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board also formed the nominations and remunerations committee, and appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group for all related purposes.

 

The formation of the audit committee was approved during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 20, 2022.
