Al Akaria shareholders elect new board members

Saudi Real Estate Co.'s (Al Akaria) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 31, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Jan. 26, according to a bourse statement.

 

The new board of directors comprise Naif Saleh Al Hamdan, Ibrahim Al Alwan, Faisal Al Enaze, Fahd Al Mojel, and others.
