King Salman declares Feb. 22 as official holiday every year to mark 'Founding Day'

King Salman issued today, Jan. 27, a royal decree, announcing Feb. 22 of every year as an official holiday, on the occasion of celebrating the establishment of Saudi Arabia.

 

Saudi Arabia will mark the Founding Day on Feb. 22 of every year to commemorate the foundation of the Saudi state, the state-owned Saudi Press Agency reported.
