Al Sagr Insurance shareholders to vote on 2020 financials on Feb 23

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on approving the financial statements for 2020, along with the auditor’s report for the same year, at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated on Feb. 23.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services will vote remotely on the agenda items as of Feb. 19.
