Saudi Re shareholders to vote on appointing auditors on Feb. 24

Shareholders of Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) will vote on the appointment of the auditors from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the audit committee, during the ordinary general assembly meeting to be held on Feb. 24.

 

According to a bourse filing, the auditors will examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3, 2022 and Q1 2023, and determine their fees.
