Herfy shareholders to vote on appointing audit committee member on March 16

Herfy Food Services Co. will discuss appointing Hussein Al-Asmari as an audit committee member for the three-year term ending April 30, 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on March 16.

 

In a bourse statement, the company added that shareholders will vote on amending articles No. 4, 8, 9, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 29, 31, 40 and 41 of the bylaws.
