Tihama shareholders disapprove amending board remuneration policy, nomination committee regulations

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shareholders disapproved amending the remuneration and nomination committee's regulations, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 9, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

Shareholders also disapproved the board of directors’ remuneration policy.

However, shareholders appointed Almutasembilla Zaki Allam, as an audit committee member, effective as of Oct. 17, 2021, until Oct. 13, 2024.
