Herfy shareholders to vote on dismissal of Khalid Al-Saeed on March 16

Herfy Food Services Co. added a new item to its agenda for the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for March 16, the food chain said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will vote on terminating board member, Khalid Ahmed Al-Saeed, in accordance with Article 90 of the Companies Law, based on the request submitted by a company shareholder who owns more than 5% of Herfy’s capital.

Herfy received a letter from a shareholder, who owns more than 5% of the company’s capital, requesting convening a general assembly meeting to vote on the dismissal of a board member, Argaam reported.
