AYYAN Investment to open board membership nominations on Feb. 20

AYYAN Investment Co. will open, on Feb. 20, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting July 1, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until March 22, 2022, the statement added.
