More than 90,000 citizens, mostly women and university students, benefitted from the flexible as well as remote work, said Ahmed Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resource and Social Development, during the periodic government press briefing on Feb. 16.

The Saudi labor market strategy is in line with the mega projects launched by Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman. The projects are expected to provide 1.8 million direct and indirect jobs, Al-Rajhi indicated.

The ministry launched the contract documentation program and is studying, in coordination with the competent authorities, the possibility of using them as an executive tool to protect all parties’ rights, he noted.
